    I purchased a 3rd party or re-manufactured display/entry unit for my saw but can’t get it to work.

    Sometimes 3rd party vendors will try to repair or refurbish current and discontinued TigerStop parts, with mixed success. TigerStop Customer Service will always help a customer with any issue and will troubleshoot machines with remanufactured or refurbished parts, but we cannot replace or cover any refurbished parts under warranty.

    Should I turn TigerStop off at night?

    TigerStop can be left on at night as long as material is not left pushing against the stop.

     

    TigerStop makes a high pitched noise when it’s on. Is this normal?

    Yes, this is normal. TigerStop happens to work at a frequency that is inside the human hearing range of 20 – 20,000 Hz.

    The TigerStop serial number is engraved on the TigerStop extrusion on the end away from the motor box. It is a large number with 6 or 7 digits. For more information about how to locate your serial number click here.

    The TigerStop Enable Code triggers the start of the TigerStop warranty period. To start the TigerStop warranty, fill out the TigerStop warranty registration form.     My TigerStop product arrived damaged or not as expected. What do I do?

    If your TigerStop product was damaged in shipping, you will want to note the damage on the shipping receipt and file a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible. We encourage you to open your TigerStop product immediately upon receipt and not all hidden damage, if any exists.
