Keypad Membrane for Version 4 Controller

Standard Controller

The controller (CON5) is the interface for most TigerStop positioners, and consists of a keypad and screen. CON5 is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. CON5 requires an Amplifier (AMP6 or AMP5) and is not compatible with older controllers or with SawGear stop gauges.

Flip Away
Part Number: STOP2
The Flip Away is the external portion of the TigerStop carriage. It provides two T-slots for mounting various pushing attachments, and a hinged mount to allow the pusher to be lifted out of the way when necessary. The modern flip away is compatible with TigerStops built in 1999 or later (i.e. with the hinge mount behind the beam).
Idle End Carriage

The Idle End Carriage or Far End Carriage is for TigerStops using a 32mm (1.26") width belt. It contains the idle pulley, the pulley housing, and the tensioning bolt.
Mini Gangstop

Every TigerStop comes standard with a Mini Gangstop pusher foot or MGS. This is a flat pushing attachment for the TigerStop. The pushing surface is roughly 4.0 by 0.75 inches (10.2 by 1.9 cm). The Mini Gangstop reach can be adjusted from 5.5 to 23.5 inches (14.0 to 59.7 cm) beyond the leading edge of the flip away.
Polymer Linear Glides

Steel Face Plate 4′

The FP04 steel face plate prevents marring of the aluminum extrusion when processing steel or other ferrous materials. It attaches directly to your TigerStop's aluminum extrusion and comes in 4 foot increments.

TigerStop Flip Away Set Screw

These plastic set screws hold the TigerStop flip away above the beam. This item is a pack of ten set screws.
U Slot
Part Number: USL
This hard plastic trim fits snugly in the T-slots on TigerStop extrusions, and is sometimes used to conceal and protect small cables. U-slot is ordered in 1 foot (0.305m) increments. There are four orange U Slots per TigerStop that travel the length of the extrusion.
Universal Bracket

Universal Brackets are used to mount your TigerStop farther back on your table allowing for more available working space.
Center Pusher
Part Number: CP
The Center Pusher is an attachment for the TigerStop, used for pushing material on center. The push bar adds about 23 inches (58.4 cm) of reach beyond the leading edge of the flip away. The line of force can be adjusted up to 6 inches (15.2 cm) away from the TigerStop beam. The pushing surface is 0.75 by 1.7 inches (1.9 by 4.3 cm).

Encoder

This rotary Encoder works with TigerStop and TigerFence. The cable connecting the encoder to the amplifier is included.
Extended Miter Gauge
Part Number: MGX
The extended miter gauge is an attachment for the TigerStop, intended for applications requiring a 45 degree surface, sloped away from the cutting tool. The adjustable miter retention clip prevents parts from sliding up the sloped surface as the positioner moves. The clip can be adjusted to provide from 1.5 to 4.5 inches (3.8 to 11.4 cm) of sloped surface. The extended miter gauge reach can be adjusted from 15.5 to 34 inches (39.4 to 86.4 cm) beyond the leading edge of the flip away.
Gangstop Pusher Foot

The Gangstop pusher foot is a flat pushing attachment for the TigerStop. The pushing surface is 10 by 3 inches (25.4 by 7.6 cm). The Gangstop reach can be adjusted from 6 to 25 inches (15.2 to 63.5 cm) beyond the leading edge of the flip away.
Internal Carriage

The internal carriage connects the TigerStop belt inside the beam to the flip away outside of the beam. Ships assembled with Polymer Linear Guides (PLG).
IO Panel

The IO panel interfaces with peripheral devices including barcode scanners, printers, clamps, and Standard Interconnect Kits (SIK). The IO Panel can be used with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. The IO panel is compatible with the Controller (CON5) and Amplifier (AMP6), and cannot be used with older electronics. This part ships with a 10-foot (3.0 m) version 5 controller cable (CC5-10).
Miter Gauge

The Miter Gauge (MG) is an attachment for the TigerStop, intended for applications requiring a 45 degree surface, sloped away from the cutting tool. These labels are compatible with the 4" (10.2 cm) direct thermal label printers from Zebra (LP 2844, GC420d, and GK420d). Label dimensions are 4" by 2.5" (10.2 cm by 6.4 cm). Each PR4-LBL includes one roll of labels with 1240 labels per roll.

Double Bracket Saw Attachment Plate

The saw attachment plate provides more flexibility when mounting TigerStop feed tables to various tools. It is universal for left and right table components. SAP-24 is for 14.4", 24", and 31" tables. Two SAP brackets come with each order.
Interconnect Plug

This plug is used to connect a six-conductor cable with the six-pin I/O port on the amplifier. Soldering tools and ability will be required.
Label Printer

This is a direct transfer printer for systems that are already enabled for printing. To add printing to an existing system, contact TigerStop customer service: service@tigerstop.com. The data cable and a roll of 4 by 2.5 inch (10.2 by 6.4 cm) labels are included. Consumable printer ribbons are not required for direct thermal printing.

Limit Switch for Standard Interconnect Kit

Printer Cable

This is a replacement printer data cable. This cable connects a label printer (or the breakout box on an inkjet printing system) to the I/O panel.
Standard Interconnect Kit

The standard interconnect kit is one way of integrating TigerStop machinery with your tool. A roller switch is used to inform the positioner when the tool is at rest, preventing simultaneous movement of the two machines. Additionally, that communication allows for semi-automatic pushing operations.
Tablet Package

TigerStop's Tablet Package includes a touch screen, a protective case, control stand (SMTCS), and cabling. It also includes three types of software: TigerLink 6 Cut List Downloading (DNLD), TigerSET (SET), and Dynamic Optimization (OPT).
