2″ Printer Labels
Part Number: PR2-LBL
These labels are compatible with TigerStop's direct thermal label printers. Label dimensions are 2.25" by 1.25". Each PR2-LBL includes three rolls of labels with 1000 labels per roll.
Standard Controller
Part Number: CON5
The controller (CON5) is the interface for most TigerStop positioners, and consists of a keypad and screen. CON5 is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. CON5 requires an Amplifier (AMP6 or AMP5) and is not compatible with older controllers or with SawGear stop gauges.
Standard Controller Cover

Protective controller cover for Version 5 controllers. Made from clear plastic. Helps protect the controller from metal and wood dust and lubricants.
Standard Interconnect Kit
Part Number: SIK
The standard interconnect kit is one way of integrating TigerStop machinery with your tool. A roller switch is used to inform the positioner when the tool is at rest, preventing simultaneous movement of the two machines. Additionally, that communication allows for semi-automatic pushing operations.
Tablet Package

TigerStop's Tablet Package includes a touch screen, a protective case, control stand (SMTCS), and cabling. It also includes three types of software: TigerLink 6 Cut List Downloading (DNLD), TigerSET (SET), and Dynamic Optimization (OPT).
Tablet Print Package

The TigerStop label printer package includes a direct transfer label printer, printer stand (PRTCVR) the TigerTouch Tablet Package, and the printing enable code PR0. Dozens of fields of data may be printed.
TigerRack Motor

This is an AC motor for the TigerRack. It is incompatible with version 4 electronics. M0620
Wired Barcode Scanner
Part Number: BCS
Barcode scanners can be used with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. Barcode scanner compatibility requires the SET feature (software that opens up communication between peripheral devices).
Wireless Barcode Scanner

Barcode scanners can be used with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. The wireless barcode scanner comes with the scanner base, data cable, RS232 cable, and the power supply.
Label Printer Stand

Printer stand for label printers. The printer stand can be purchased separately, but does come with the Printer Package #TABLET-PRINT-PKG.

This package includes a direct transfer label printer, printer stand (PRTCVR), and the printing enable code PR0. NOTE: Does not include a TABLET-PKG and must be used with one.
Label Printer

This is a direct transfer printer for systems that are already enabled for printing. To add printing to an existing system, contact TigerStop customer service: service@tigerstop.com. The data cable and a roll of 4 by 2.5 inch (10.2 by 6.4 cm) labels are included. Consumable printer ribbons are not required for direct thermal printing.
IO Panel
Part Number: IO PANEL
The IO panel interfaces with peripheral devices including barcode scanners, printers, clamps, and Standard Interconnect Kits (SIK). The IO Panel can be used with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. The IO panel is compatible with the Controller (CON5) and Amplifier (AMP6), and cannot be used with older electronics. This part ships with a 10-foot (3.0 m) version 5 controller cable (CC5-10).

Hardware needed for the controller stand #F0034. Compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence, TigerCrossCut, TigerRack, TigerTurbo, and HeavyDuty 2.

The Controller Stand includes mounting hardware and is used for both the Standard Controller and the Tablet Package. It is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence, TigerCrossCut, TigerRack, TigerTurbo, and HeavyDuty 2.
CON5 Keypad Membrane

The keypad membrane is compatible with the Version 5 Controller (CON5) and cannot be used with older electronics.

4″ Printer Labels

These labels are compatible with the 4" (10.2 cm) direct thermal label printers from Zebra (LP 2844, GC420d, and GK420d). Label dimensions are 4" by 2.5" (10.2 cm by 6.4 cm). Each PR4-LBL includes one roll of labels with 1240 labels per roll.
Limit Switch for Standard Interconnect Kit

This roller switch is used in the Standard Interconnect Kit. It is also used as an end-sensor for the TigerFence, TigerCrossCut, TigerRack, TigerTurbo, and HeavyDuty 2.
