Rip Fence Sensors

The initial release of the TigerStop RipFence in December 2002 included white limit switches that experienced detection problems.  The sensors require replacement if  the RipFence does not detect the end sensors and Diagnostics show the end sensor continually on. Pattern Cut lists

Any cut list using a pattern was adding the head cut This is the first cut made on the board, squaring up the first piece of material to be cut from the board. This is also referred to as a trim cut. dimensions on the first cut.  This problem was in version 4.1 and corrected in version 4.2

 

Lost Enable Code

When restoring the factory settings on controller version 3.5-3.63, the Enable code is deleted from the controller memory and a new enable code must be entered.  Restoring Factory Settings should be a last resort as it will result in the above problem.  Contact TigerStop Technical Support for a new enable code.
