If a problem is encountered when attempting to communicate with TigerLink, check the following items:
Baud Rate - The default baud rate for machines with version 3.5 or greater is 115200. 19200 for machines with v3.1 or prior.
Separate COM Port - Tigerlink should have it's own COM port.
Correct Enable Code - Ensure TigerStop is enabled with a minimum of Level 3. Press the [=] at power-on to view the screen displaying the controller level. -view-

If this does not resolve the issue, obtain the following information and contact TigerStop Technical Support:
Soft Copy of cut list
Copy of the link information (Data Manager). For example, click -here-
Computer Configuration
a. Modem Set-up
b. Network
c. Number of com ports
4. Cable The TigerStop controller & printer cables are unique to TigerStop. Attaching other cables can result in expensive damage. to TigerStop
a. Short Haul Modem
b. Direct Connect. (How long is cable?)
