When setting up TigerLink there are a couple things to keep in mind:
Level 3 Software is required.
TigerLink is certified only on Windows '98. While it can work in other versions of Operating Systems, it was originally designed for use on '98.
An available Com Port is needed on a Windows PC.
The Com Port must be correctly configured.
Connect to the controller using a DB9 serial cable The TigerStop controller & printer cables are unique to TigerStop. Attaching other cables can result in expensive damage.. Click here for the cable pin-out. If the distance is greater than 50 feet, a short haul modem is needed.
