Each Zebra printer should come with a CD and material that should answer any question regarding installation and set-up. QuickTime videos are included. Quicktime must be loaded on the PC for the videos to be played.

If the Zebra printer is replacing an Eltron printer, the controller must contain software version 4.1 or above. If the TigerStop has a previous version, the software must be updated and may require both software and hardware upgrades. Contact TigerStop Technical Support for more information.
