Cut list Test

New feature in Version 4.2

The Cut list Test is a new feature in v4.2 that allows any TigerStop cut list in memory to be tested for Min Limit and Max Limit violations.  It also displays the number of cuts in the list and the approximate linear feet remaining in the cut list.  To view the tutorial of the Cut list Test, click -here-.

 

1. To run the Cut List Test, press [PROGRAM LIST] + cut list # + [START]

2. The screen will display   Press [2]to run Cut List Test.

 

3. A Cut List Test screen will appear, which will look similar to

 

-Note-

In this example...

"MaxE" is the number of Max Limit violations.

"MinE" is the number of Min Limit violations.  Min Limit

            violations are not displayed for push feed cut lists.

"LF"     is the number of Minimum Linear Feet of material

             need to complete the cut list

"Cuts"  is the number of actual lengths in the cut list.

             to complete the cut list.

 

If MaxE or MinE displays a value greater than 0, you have errors. To fix them...

 

4. Press [PROGRAM LIST] to enter Display mode and view the error(s), as .  The display shows the cut #, the length, and the piece count.  If there is more than one error, use [+] and [-] to scroll through them.

 

5. Press [PROGRAM LIST]to enter Edit mode and enter a new length value or piece count.

6. Press after editing the error to save the new value(s) and exit Cut List Test.
