Assembling a Feed Table

Positioning the Table

Marking the Table for Alignment

  1. Flip the table over and bring it into approximate position. It will be slightly low relative to the saw top. Raise the table to level with the saw top by adjusting the leg posts and brackets.

  2. Mark the table 10˝” from the front edge to show where the TigerStop will be. Line this mark up with the saw’s back fence. All the positioning done at this step can be fine-tuned later.

  3. Hold the table assembly firmly in the correct position against the saw. Mark the attachment points through the brackets.

  4. If attachment brackets interfere with blade access, use a second leg set to provide support.

Final Installation

  1. Lay the table assembly aside. Drill and tap the attachment points in the saw. Return the table assembly into position. Bolt the table to the saw using the hardware provided.

  2. If you have a roller top table, insert the rollers and tighten them down at this point, because you want the tops of the rollers level with the saw top.

  3. If you have multiple tables, join them using the attachment plates (Fig. 1, Detail B).

  4. Make final adjustments to level the table and tighten down all fasteners.

  5. Mount TigerStop to the table through the slotted holes at the back edge of the table top.

On roller top tables, use the spacer plates included to raise TigerStop to clear the rollers.
