Laser Troubleshooting

1. If an object gets in the way of the beam when initializing, the laser must be reset.

To reset the laser, press and at the same time and then quickly release.

2. If an object gets within 10” to 14” from the laser, it causes the laser to shut down.

To restart the laser, press and at the same time and then quickly release.

This will restart the laser. The laser does not re-initialize itself after the restart.

3. Occasionally, the laser has trouble initializing itself, and the LCD will display the error message . This should appear very quickly and, if there is no serious problem, the laser will reset itself to standard setup and display .

4. If there is a serious problem, the LCD will display this error message . If this message does not clear, the laser will not operate. Call the factory for assistance.
