Installing TigerStop

Your TigerStop needs its own 110v 15a grounded power circuit! Each new TigerStop is supplied with an internal line filter.

First, take a look at The Basic TigerStop to see TigerStop's components. There is also a Basic TigerStop Parts List by part numbers.

TigerStop is designed to easily adapt to many different applications.

  • All four faces of the fence beam, as well as the flip-away stop, have full-length T-slots to make it easy to mount TigerStop to the feed feed tables.

  • Feed table installation may require drilling and tapping holes in a free-standing saw or other equipment.

  • Installing Feed Tables gives complete instructions for TigerStop feed table assembly and setup.

TigerStop must be installed in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as common sense safety requirements. Use only trained professionals when installing TigerStop with existing equipment to ensure a safe and proper work station that will in no way endanger the operator or any other personnel. Do not operate TigerStop without proper training, both in TigerStop operation, and in the operation of adjoining equipment.

CAUTION! NEVER drill holes into the TigerStop fence beam for any reason!
