Assembling a Feed Table

Make sure you have the right tools to do the installation!

ATTENTION! Here are Four Important Cautions to read and understand before you start installing your TigerStop on a feed table.

Table Top Pre-Assembly

  1. Lay table top face down on the floor.

  1. Insert binder plate rings into the slots in the table leg attachment plates.

  1. Loosely assemble the table leg attachment plates to the table top, on the inside of table top.

  2. Slide leg set posts through binder plates.

  1. Make sure the protruding tab of the leg set base points to the back edge of the table top. The back edge has slots to attach the TigerStop.

  1. Loosely assemble the left and right machine attachment plates to the end of the table top that will be supported by the free standing saw or other tool, again on the inside.

If you are assembling a table which will NOT be supported at one end by another structure, you do NOT use the machine attachment plates. Instead, you will have a leg set at both ends of the table top.

 

 

  1. Tighten all fasteners,so when you flip the table over it stays together.
