TigerFence Straight Line Rip

We all know what a waste of time it is to reposition the fence on your straight line rip saw to achieve maximum yields. As a result, operators typically make all similar cuts at once, setting material aside until the fence can be reset. TigerFence Straight Line Rip (SLR) was designed specifically for your straight line rip saw. Now you can rip an entire board quickly and easily. Just key in the new width and TigerFence Straight Line Rip automatically moves to position, or use the SLR's unique jog feature to eyeball a width quickly.

Your productivity will soar and your sawyers won't be tired at the end of each day from loading and unloading the same stock.

TigerFence Straight Line Rip can automatically lift your saw's kick-back fingers and move the fence to position. After the board is in position the fingers are lowered and precise cuts are made rip after rip.

* Consideration for speed: The speed at which you can move is inverse to the amount of load you are pushing. The higher the speed, the lighter the load. Max speeds are at zero load, normally used when the stop is returning to the ready position for pushing the next load.

** The truth about part accuracy: Your actual part accuracy will depend on a number of factors outside of TigerStop LLC's control. This includes but is not limited to condition and type of saw blade, speed of cut, clamping options selected for the machine, material type, material straightness and internal tension of the material, feed speeds, temperature and moisture of the product being cut will all affect your quality and the accuracy of cuts. Also, we have found that there are distinct differences in measuring devices used to validate dimensions of cut parts that can affect apparent accuracy. These factors will affect all cut off systems, regardless of the manufacturer.
