PC or PLC control of the TigerStop with TigerSet

Hook up your PC or PLC to your TigerStop and run your own custom software to control your TigerStop. This powerful feature not only lets you control the TigerStop, but also allows TigerStop to tell you what it’s doing.

Barcode Reading

Now you can scan a barcode to download an entire work order (parts list) to your TigerStop or to move the TigerStop to a position. Barcode scanning combined with Workflow Manager make a quantum leap in speed and function.

Label Printing

Label your parts for increased productivity and smoother shop floor flow. Labels can be either barcodes or printed text. You design your labels the way you want using your data with the TigerStop label system. Label systems are available in either a 2-inch wide or 4-inch wide format.

Easy to apply! TigerStop’s Label Printers are quick and easy to use with self peeling feature! After they’re printed, the labels are lifted off the backing automatically, so you can remove them with a finger and apply them to the finished parts.

TigerStop Interconnect Kits

In conjunction with customer or dealer-supplied safety guards, TigerStop Interconnect Kits (either Standard or Advanced) facilitate precise control and automation between the TigerStop positioning system and your machine.

• Controls the movement of your saw or other machine tool.
• Prevents material movement when the tool is not in the safe position.
• Starts and stops tool’s action and enhances performance by controlling the tool’s air supply using
  the air control solenoid.
• Can be configured for full automation of your TigerStop work station, with appropriate safety guards.

• Included with most TigerStop products.
• Prevents tool movement when TigerStop is in motion.
• Prevents TigerStop movement when tool is in motion.
