Tables

TigerStop tables are the perfect complement to your TigerStop system. Available as flat or roller tables, they are height adjustable to fit your existing machines and work flows. Tables are available in up to 30 foot working lengths for both infeed and outfeed operation.

Mounting Brackets

TigerStop offers a wide variety of mounting brackets to fix TigerStop tables to your existing machine tools. The mounting brackets further extend the height adjustability of the tables and even permit the tables and the machine tools to tilt back 10 degrees in order for your materials to be safely cradled against the TigerStop fence.

Accessories

The stop/pusher foot on your new TigerStop does not reach all the way to the end of the TigerStop. It sits back from the end approximately 3”. For many applications, you will want to install an extension on your TigerStop stop or pusher. TigerStop offers a variety of accessories that extend the reach of your TigerStop for different applications.

Pusher Foot & Extended Pusher Foot

The Pusher Foot, a durable PVC attachment, extends the range of movement right up to the saw blade. The plastic foot is easily trimmed by almost any saw blade, so your foot is exactly parallel with your saw blade.

Gang Stops and Spring Buffers

Want a saw stop to process more than one piece at a time? The Gangstop will do the trick. This rugged unit has a broad stop/pusher face, and the 4-way adjustment guarantees perfectly aligned installation. The Spring Buffer adds a spring pre-load to the Gangstop for use with heavy loads.

Grippers

Hold on for dear life with TigerStop’s high strength gripper systems. We offer a variety of mechanical and pneumatically controlled grippers to ensure that your materials are held fast to the TigerStop. Our versatile units can be mounted horizontally or vertically in a number of different positions. The jaws are easily modified by the user to accommodate specific applications. Use our gripper when you are either pushing or pulling your materials.

Tube Gripper

GET A GRIP - Stop Trashing Materials!  Use 100% of your material with the TigerStop pneumatic gripper.  Its unique design allows the material to extend into the vise area and can position anywhere within the vise area.  This allows the saw to clamp and cut even where the gripper is gripping because it retracts to allow the saw to cut.  It can be used with all TigerStop positioners and has interchangeable gripping pads for rubber, brass, steel, carbide, etc.  For extra wide material, mount multiple grippers for grasping.  The tube gripper can be used in a push or pull function and allows pulling through a press machine.
