TigerOptimizer is a best-fit
defect optimizer capable of up to 15,000 solutions/second.
You can download or manually enter cut lists. Head
and tail cuts can be automatically entered for all
cut lists. It can be configured to process materials
in a waste first or waste last mode. It produces yield
and optimization data to track material flow and saw
utilization. Used in conjunction with a TigerStop
interlock, it can provide rapid, optimized material
flow through your saw.
TigerLink
TigerLink is a Windows 98 interface program allowing
users to convert CSV and similar file formats into
information that TigerStop can run as a cut list.
For every cut length, it can associate up to 16 text
fields (of up to 32 characters each) for printed output
using an optional TigerStop label printer.
Requirements:
Windows 98 IBM compatible with serial port free. Delimited
data files generation software that produces decimal
format length and quantity information. TigerStop
upgraded with TigerOptimizer.
